Kerry Chasse is a Manual Osteopath and the founder of Shift Manual Osteopathy. She provides gentle, hands-on care for people of all ages, with a special passion for helping babies, kids, and teens feel their best.
Her approach is calm, compassionate, and movement-focused. Every treatment is tailored to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're a new parent navigating life with a newborn, an active weekend warrior, or simply looking to move and feel better.
With over a decade of experience in movement and injury recovery, Kerry blends her background in kinesiology, personal training, and a hands-on pediatric osteopathy apprenticeship to offer care that's as informed as it is intuitive. She's also an avid runner and gym enthusiast, which gives her firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of staying active.
When she's not in the clinic, you'll find Kerry exploring Alberta's trails and hidden gems with her husband and their two daughters.
Your first visit starts with a friendly chat about your health history and what you want to achieve. Follow-up visits include quick check-ins to see how you're doing and adjust your care.
Kerry will then do a gentle assessment of your posture and how your body moves—nothing uncomfortable or invasive.
Treatments are calm and respectful, with no cracking or quick adjustments. Kerry uses gentle techniques like fascia work, joint balancing, visceral ligament care, and craniosacral therapy to support your body's natural healing.
You'll leave feeling more balanced and better able to heal and move well.
For babies and kids, sessions are relaxed and often play-based. Parents are always welcome to stay, watch, and ask questions anytime.
